I initially contacted Logic to arrange for my PC to be upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. As part of undertaking this work, they identified an issue with the hard-drive and resolved this as well as undertaking the system upgrade. Shortly thereafter the PC developed an unrelated problem and unfortunately, this time was beyond repair. They were able to provide a really good quality 2nd hand PC at a very reasonable and discounted price, and also ensured all my data and software was moved from one computer to the other. All in all, he provided an excellent service and I’d certainly be happy to use them again. Peter.
