My existing PC was unable to cater for Windows 10 so I contacted Jay who was able to build a new PC to spec which included Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2019 and all my personal files from my old PC. This was achieved in a few days and I now have a PC running about 10 times faster than my old one and I’ve not experienced any issues whatsoever.
