Just thought I would drop you a note to thank you again for all your recent work with my PC.

I considered myself to be reasonably computer literate until your expertise demonstrated to me just how little I actually understand.

Given the opportunity, I will recommend “Logic” to anyone in the future who requires a high level of extremely knowledgeable service in resolving both hardware and software issues at a reasonable cost.
