Today a customer brought in this nice Lenovo all in one Desktop PC. After a recent windows 10 update, the operating system had become corrupted and it wouldn’t boot up into windows.
I opened the Computer and removed the SSD. I connect this to my system and backed it up onto an external drive before fully testing and reformatting the drive. I then refitted the SSD and put the Computer back together, before reinstalling windows 10 and the device drivers. I finished this off by restoring the customer user data from the external backup to the SSD.
