Laptop Liquid Damage
Keeping liquids near laptops is a very bad idea and no matter how careful you are it's knock a
glass over and onto the Laptop.

If this situation arises and a drink is spilled onto your laptop, theres a few important things to
do right to ensure the laptops survival and minimise the damage a liquid can cause.  First of all
open the screen as wide back as possible and turn the laptop upside down so the keyboard is
as flat as possible and sit it on top of a towel to soak up any liquid leaking out.

You need to do this pretty fast and as soon as that step is completed disconnect the battery
and the power from the laptop.  After a computer of hours remove the towel and leave the
laptop in the same position for a day to dry out.

If your lucky there will just be damage to the keyboard which we can replace, if your not so luck
there may be further liquid damage, however we can access this and advise you.
